Hygiene and safety rules

For a pleasant and safe stay we ask you for your help!

Due to the corona regulations of Baden-Württemberg there are some changes in the operating procedure. Therefore we would ask you to pay attention to the rules that apply throughout our entire facility and the Vita Classica until further notice.  It is in the interest and responsibility of all of us to observe these rules and to show consideration for each other.

General hygiene and safety Guidelines

We kindly ask you to pay attention to the hygiene and safety guidelines that will apply at our facility until further notice. It is in our best interest and responsibility to follow these rules and to take care of one another. We thank you for your cooperation!

We kindly ask you to visit our facility only in good health. Visitors who were in contact with a person infected with SARS-CoV-2 in the last 14 days or show symptoms of a respiratory infection or high temperature must not visit the water world. If you are at a higher risk, we recommend to avoid a visit for your own safety.

Please pay attention to the minimum distance of at least 1.5 metres throughout your stay. This also applies to swimming pools, shower rooms and Saunas.

Mouth-nose mask
Due to the mask requirement, you must wear your mask in our wellness area "Wohlfühlhaus" as well as for therapy and wellness applications. We recommend to bring your own mouth-nose mask and to wear it also in the waiting and changing area. The mask requirement applies according to the official guidelines provided by the authorities of the state of Baden-Württemberg, for people aged 6+.

Please note the maximum number of guests in the pools and sauna cabins, which are marked on the pools and sauna cabins.

Sneezing & coughing
We kindly ask you to adhere the usual sneezing and coughing etiquette during your visit.

In the sauna cabins, it is imperative that you use a large sauna towel (at least 140 x 70 cm) as a seat mat and only take a seat in the marked, free Areas. Due to the current distance concept, the saunas were divided into sitting and reclining cabins. Please pay attention to the corresponding signs on the cabins.

Washing hands
Frequent and thorough hand-washing is strongly recommended. Please do this regularly. There are plenty of facilities available to do so.

Feeling unwell
If you feel unwell during your visit, please avoid contact with other guests and get in touch with a member of staff. Please wear your mouth-nose mask.

 Our service for you:

Our mobile hygiene stations are at your disposal at the junctions. Please take advantage of this opportunity. In addition, our guest advisors are on duty for you in the frequented areas for surface wipe disinfection.

Waiting areas
In all waiting areas you will find distance markings on the floor for orientation. Please note that a maximum of three people from the same household are allowed to enter a section.

The therapy and consultation rooms are ventilated at regular intervals to ensure a supply of fresh air. In the thermal baths we have a fully automatic ventilation system which ensures a sufficient amount of fresh air. Furthermore, we recommend using our large outdoor areas in order to be able to stay in the fresh air again and again.

For your safety, we clean and disinfect surfaces such as handrails, door handles, toilets and loungers at increased intervals.
