The Wohlfühlhaus Massage Spa is a true oasis dedicated to well-being and relaxation. To ensure you fully enjoy your rejuvenating experience, please find some helpful information below.

  • We recommend booking your treatments in advance so that we can best advise you and accommodate your preferred appointment times.

  • On the day of your treatment, you benefit from a special discounted rate on admission to the Thermal baths or the Thermal baths & Sauna Paradise. After booking your treatment, you can purchase a discounted Wellness-Tickets COMBI directly through our online shop.

    For added comfort, you can also rent a wellness bag containing a bathrobe and a towel for an additional fee.

    Please note: This special rate does not apply to treatments provided by our partners RP-cosmetic Rimute Probst & Team (facial, eye and body treatments) and Fußpflege Carmen Schwald (foot care treatments), nor to the Rasul Bath in the Sauna Paradise.

  • Our treatments provide a range of benefits for the body and mind. To ensure that your treatment is both safe and fully adapted to your individual needs, we kindly ask you to inform us at the time of booking if you are pregnant or have any health conditions, medical restrictions or concerns. If you are unsure whether a treatment is suitable for you, we recommend consulting your doctor before your appointment.

  • We recommend arriving at the reception of the Wohlfühlhaus Wellness Spa at least 10 minutes before the start of your treatment. Please come freshly showered and remove any jewelry beforehand. Out of respect for the next guest, any delay on your part may result in a shortened treatment time.

  • If you have enjoyed the Thermal baths before your treatment, we kindly ask that you arrive at the Wohlfühlhaus Wellness Spa dry and wearing a bathrobe. Your privacy and comfort are important to us. During your treatment, our wellness therapists will discreetly cover certain parts of your body with towels. Disposable underwear is also available upon request.

    For the Cranio Vita treatment, we recommend wearing comfortable, casual clothing.

  • The treatment duration shown in our online shop includes your welcome and consultation with your wellness therapist, as well as a short relaxation period after the treatment. You are then invited to enjoy a drink and unwind in our relaxation lounge.

  • We ask you to inform us of any cancellation as early as possible. Treatments may be cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. After this deadline, the full treatment fee will be charged.

  • Tipping is not mandatory. However, if you are satisfied with the care and attention provided by your wellness therapist, you are welcome to express your appreciation with a personal tip.

  • To preserve the peaceful atmosphere and ensure the highest quality of relaxation for all guests, we kindly ask that mobile phones and all electronic devices be kept on silent mode in the treatment and relaxation areas.

  • The Wohlfühlhaus Massage Spa and its inner courtyards are entirely non-smoking.
