Upon presentation of a Disabled Persons ID Card which states that the carrier requires accompaniment, the carer (minimum age: 16 years) is entitled to free admission to the Thermal Spa (signature required). This regulation does not apply to season tickets and is not available for functional training sessions.

general Information

Due to the high carbonic acid portion of our mineral thermal water and high temperatures, a visit with long bath time is quite stressful for the cardiovascular system. For this reason, parents of children under 3 years of age must sign a liability waiver for the child before entering.

- The entire sauna paradise is a textile-free zone
- Entry to the sauna paradise is permitted from age 16.
- Ladies Day is Wednesdays from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm (not on German public holidays and from December 24th to January 6th)
- Every Saturday is Family Day, no age restriction (In addition on national holidays on July 14th (France), August 1st (Switzerland) and October 3rd (Germany)).
- Option to use the sauna paradise surcharge of €13.30 on already puchased multiple Cards, vouchers and prescriptions for Vita Classica.

- The multiple cards are generally valid for one year without extra charge from the date of purchase.
- Single admissions are only valid on the day of purchase
- Dated e-tickets are only valid on the chosen day, are only valid for the chosen service as stated on the ticket, cannot be exchanged or refunded, and expire if not redeemed.
- Voucher codes are valid for 3 years from the date of issue.

Our parking spaces right next to the thermal bath are available to visitors of Vita Classica free of charge.
