Under the direction of Arcadie Romaniuc, the brass band's extensive repertoire includes Bohemian brass music, polkas, waltzes and marches as well as some modern works and various solo pieces and vocals.
The Rathausmusik Freiburg was founded in 1997 by 10 musicians under the management of Josef Vogt. The brass band now has around 25 enthusiastic musicians.
The musicians from the Elz Valley, Markgräflerland, Hexental, Kaiserstuhl, Tuniberg, Freiburg and the Dreisamtal are looking forward to playing for brass music lovers in the Kurhaus according to the motto "Brass music to your heart's content".
